Private-pay client acquisition for home care agencies
More private-pay clients.Less reliance on referrals.
We build and manage advertising that connects your agency with people looking for private-pay home care. From the campaigns to the incoming inquiries, we handle the marketing so your team can focus on caring for clients.
The problem we solve
Referrals are valuable. But they shouldn't beyour only way to grow.
A planner changes jobs, a facility signs with a competitor, and the phone goes quiet while your caregivers have open hours.
Start of Care gives you a second source of clients, one you can turn up when you have capacity to fill.
People in your service area who are looking for care now, brought directly to your team through advertising we build and manage. Referrals keep doing what they do. This runs alongside them.
Why it matters
A single private-pay client can represent tens of thousands of dollars in revenue over the course of care.
Each new client is more than an inquiry answered. It is open caregiver hours filled, and a business that grows on more than the goodwill of the referral sources it has today. That is what the advertising is built to produce, and what it should be judged on.
- More private-pay clientsPeople who want care and can pay for it, reaching your team directly.
- More caregiver hours filledOpen availability turned into scheduled care.

- Less dependence on any one referral relationshipA quiet month from one source stops being a crisis.

How it works
From someone searching for care to a call your team answers.
One system, four parts, built and run for you.
Reach people looking for care.
Advertising on Google, Meta or both, shown to families and older adults in your service area who are looking for home care now.
Make it easy to reach out.
A page about your agency that answers the questions people have before they call, then sends the call or form straight to your team.
Your team takes it from there.
Each inquiry reaches your team promptly with the details they need to follow up. Yours alone, never shared or resold.
Open hours become care.
Your team handles the consultations, assessments and starts of care. We keep the inquiries coming and make the campaigns better every month.
The goal: more private-pay clients and more care hours filled.

Our work · Campaign spotlight
What if home care advertising spoke directly to the person receiving care?
Adult children play an important role in arranging home care. But they're not the only decision-makers. As more Americans age at home, many want a greater say in how they receive support, preserve their independence and continue enjoying the lives they've built.
We explored that opportunity through a consumer advertising campaign for a private-pay home care provider.
By shifting the creative toward independence, personal freedom and quality of life, we saw a notably stronger response from messaging directed at older adults themselves.
The insight
Great home care marketing speaks to both the families arranging support and the older adults making decisions about their own lives.
Stronger website response from senior-directed creative compared with adult-child-directed messaging in the selected campaign placements.
Actions taken by prospective customers toward exploring and beginning home care.
Times the campaign reached its target audience.
FAQ
A few things you might be wondering.
We've tried advertising before. The inquiries weren't very good.
That usually comes down to who the ads reach and what they say. We aim the campaigns at people looking for home care in your service area, exclude job seekers and other irrelevant searches, and write the ads and the page for the person arranging care. No campaign eliminates every low-intent click, and we won't claim otherwise. The difference in who reaches your team is the point of the work.
We already get clients through referrals.
Good. Nothing here replaces them. Advertising gives you a second source of clients, one you can turn up when caregivers have open hours and that keeps running when a referral source goes quiet.
How much work will this require from us?
A conversation about your agency at the start, access to your advertising accounts, and approval on the copy. After that, your team answers the inquiries and manages the care. We manage everything else.
Google or Meta?
Both are options. The mix depends on your service area, your goals and where we see the strongest opportunity for your agency, and it can change as results come in.
What does it cost?
A monthly management fee for our work, plus your advertising budget, which goes directly to the platforms and is never marked up. We set both with you before anything launches.
When can we get started?
Onboarding and setup are designed to be straightforward. We agree a timeline for your agency at the start, along with what to expect in the first months as the campaigns settle in.
What happens after someone inquires?
They reach your team directly, by phone or form, through the handoff we agree on together. Every inquiry is yours alone, never shared or resold.
How we work together
We handle the advertising. Your team handles the care.
No platforms to learn, no ads to design, no page to maintain.
- 1We learn about your agency
Your services, your service area, who you serve best and how your team likes to receive inquiries.
- 2We build and launch
The campaigns, the ad copy and the page about your agency. You approve the copy. We do the rest.
- 3Inquiries reach your team
Calls and forms from people looking for care, sent directly to your team to answer the way you always have.
Then we keep going. Month after month we manage and improve the campaigns, and report in plain language what is generating new business and what changes next.
All we need from you is a short conversation about your agency, access to your ad accounts and a quick sign-off on the copy. Your team keeps doing what it does well: answering families, assessing needs and starting care.
